These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the WashMe website and to quote requests and services arranged through it. By requesting a quote or booking a service, you agree to these terms.
Prices shown on this website are starting ranges or guide prices. Final pricing depends on factors including vehicle size, condition, pet hair, staining, salt buildup, and any additional work requested. We confirm the price with you before beginning a service.
As a mobile service, we perform work at the location you provide. You are responsible for ensuring we have safe, lawful access to the vehicle and the space needed to work. Some services may require access to water or electricity; we confirm any such requirements when arranging your appointment.
Detailing results depend on the condition, age, materials, previous damage, and maintenance history of the vehicle. Some stains, wear, scratches, fading, and material damage may not be fully removable. For paint correction, scratches that extend through the clear coat may only be reduced in appearance, and we prioritize the long-term safety of the paint over removing excessive clear coat.
We recommend removing valuables and personal items from the vehicle before your appointment. While we handle vehicles with care, we are not responsible for personal items left inside.
Weather can affect outdoor detailing. If conditions are unsuitable, we may contact you to reschedule or discuss alternatives. We will make reasonable efforts to find a time that works.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as early as possible so we can offer the time to other customers. Any specific cancellation terms will be confirmed with you at the time of booking.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with the services is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
